Dr. Urwashi Dubey

Dr. Dubey received her DDS from New York University School of Dentistry in 2015. She graduated with honors in Pharmacology and Oral Medicine, Pathology and Radiology. She was a Dentist in India and received her BDS from Chaudhary Charan Singh University, Santosh Dental College in 2005.Licensed in Washington DC and Virginia, Dr. Dubey understands the importance of patient education and believes in delivering high-quality dental care to all her patients. She endeavors to make dental visits a low-stress experience with minimal discomfort. Fluent in English and Hindi, Dr. Dubey caters to the oral health needs of people from varied cultural backgrounds. She is a recipient of several honors and awards and is an active member of the DC Dental Society, ADA and GWAWD. In her spare time, she enjoys cooking and experimenting with food, traveling with her family and friends and scuba diving with her husband. Fun fact: Dr. Dubey likes adventure sports but dislikes roller coaster rides.
Fadi Hasan, DDS, MSD

Dr. Hasan received his D.D.S. from University of Colorado, School of Dental Medicine in 2011, and his Certificate in Periodontics, M.S.D. from the Graduate Periodontics Program at the Virginia Commonwealth University School of Dentistry in 2015.Dr. Hasan has not only provided his services as a Dentist in Amman, Jordan but also in Martinsville, VA. He also has experience as a Periodontal and Implant Surgical Specialist. In addition to being licensed in Virginia, D.C., Maryland and Tennessee, Dr. Hasan is also I.V. sedation certified.He was also part of a research that was published in October 2015 in Journal of Visual Experiments titled Characterization Leukocyte-Platelet Rich Fibrin, A Novel Biomaterial. He has also actively participated in community services such as Mission of Mercy Dental Services, Buena Vista Correctional complex and Dental Mission to Vietnam and Cambodia.He is also an active member of various organizations like American Academy of Periodontology, American Dental Association, Southern Academy of Periodontics and Maryland Dental Association. Dr. Hasan is also fluent in Arabic and English.
Dr. Tu-Quynh Erickson

Dr. Erickson has lived in the DMV area since 1987. She
attended W.T. Woodson High School in Fairfax, Virginia. She subsequently
earned her B.A. in Psychology from the University of Virginia. She
received her D.D.S. from Columbia University in New York in 2001. Dr.
Erickson worked as a general dentist for five years before returning to school
to pursue her certificate of Endodontics at New York University. She has
been practicing as an Endodontist in the DMV area since 2008. She is
licensed in Washington DC, Virginia, and Maryland. Dr. Erickson
enjoys traveling and cooking in her free time. Dr. Erickson is fluent in
English and has a basic- level understanding of Vietnamese.
Dr. Jay Patel
Oral Surgeon
Dr. Patel is from Springfield, VA and completed his
undergraduate studies at Virginia Commonwealth University where he majored in
Biomedical Engineering.
Dr. Patel obtained his doctorate from Boston University
School of Dental Medicine where he was awarded a Health Professions Scholarship
from the United States Army. In dental school, he served as an academic tutor
and teaching assistant.
After dental school, Dr. Patel became an active-duty Army
officer and completed a 1-year Advanced Education in General Dentistry where
his passion for Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery was solidified. He then
completed 4-year Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery residency program at Womack
Army Medical Center in Fort Bragg, NC. Dr. Patel trained extensively in facial
reconstruction and dental implant therapy, anesthesia, orthognathic surgery,
cosmetic surgery, and trauma. He has a special interest in full arch
rehabilitation and enjoys working closely with his prosthodontic and
restorative colleagues.
Dr. Patel places patient safety and comfort as his top
priorities and strives to ensure a positive experience for all his patients at
Gentle Care Dentist. He is excited to add to the tradition of excellence
currently established by the growing team and looks forward to serving the
community
In his free time, Dr. Patel enjoys spending with his wife,
son, and family, enjoying participating in intramural sports and spending time
in the outdoors.
